Monday the house belongs to the neighbourhood: the offices, the marinas, the people who live close enough to walk. Same kitchen, lighter menu, no ceremony, and the wine list is whatever you carried in.

Lamplit tables. The bottle you were waiting for an occasion to open. Nobody checks the clock on your behalf.
